A feature throughout the cottage is the use of Sunderland glass in the interior doors.

There is good attic space approximately 710 x 372. This could afford further development possibilities. At present the attic is floored and is accessed by way of a pop down ladder by way of a hatch in the hall.

Windows are double glazed in uPVC casements. Heating is provided by the solid fuel Columbian stove.

A large area of garden ground to the side of the cottage is predominantly laid in grass with a surrounding stone wall. Rolling farmland surrounds the cottage.

Although delightfully rural the property is within a short car drive from the village of Sandhead. This is a lovely corner of south west Wigtownshire, an ideal locality for those looking for a change of lifestyle. Excellent scenery, clean air, no traffic congestion and good schools.
