The Bathroom comprises a roll top bath standing on claw feet together with wash hand basin, WC and shower stall with mixer shower.

Outside space: At the immediate rear of the house is a small area under a Perspex canopy, here can found the external cabinet housing the central heating boiler. From here there is a timber gate which opens out to a lane which runs behind the terrace row and across the lane is the garden area for the property together with a single garage. The garden space is predominantly down in hard standing (concrete) and is enclosed by timber paling fence, hedge and wall. The Garage is approximately 18 x 8 (measured externally) and behind the garage is situated the oil tank.
