Heating is by way of electric storage heaters and windows are predominately single glazed (astragaled) is timber sash casements with the exception of those windows which are of Velux style.

The easy to maintain garden is predominantly paved and further comprises of planted border. The garden is enclosed by fence.

This is a lovely cottage, ideal as a holiday or second home but equally would suit for permanent occupancy. Viewing is strongly recommended.
